Mail (IMAP)
The Mail widget shows unread counts and latest-message previews across several IMAP accounts at once, and raises a native toast when new mail arrives. It is one of the widgets covered by privacy mode, so Ctrl+Alt+P covers it before you screen-share.
What you’ll need
- IMAP server details for each account you want to add.
- Support for both TLS and STARTTLS connections, including Proton Bridge, which exposes your Proton mailbox over local STARTTLS.
- Your mail password, which is handed to Windows Credential Manager rather than stored on disk.
